لقد غيرت مفتاح windows xp professionnel fr ببرنامج keyfinder إلى مفتاح أصلي فأصبح جهازي يقوم بالتحديث من ميكروسوفت و لكن في آخر التحديث تفشل عملية التحديث و يقع إعلامي بأنه هناك مشكلة تمنع التحديث دون تحديدها . أرجو مساعدتي على حل هذا الإشكال مع الشكر الجزيل.
