كالعادة تواصل شركة Sony استعمال طرقها الخبيثة و المتمثّلة في عدم توفير الدعم الفني و خاصة التعريفات المجانية لفائدة حرفائها
الدرايفر الضروري لآلة تصويرك هو Sony Picture Motion Browser v1.1
و لا يوجد على موقع الشركة سوى تحديثين أحدهما للفيستـــا (http://download.d-imaging.sony.co.jp/SPU/SPU20_Update0706a.exe)و الثاني لبقية الويندوزات (http://download.d-imaging.sony.co.jp/SPU/SPU11_Update1115a.exe)و كلاهما يطلب أن يكون الاصدار 1.1 المشار اليه أعلاه منصّبا على الجهاز
