firmware its the reciver software and its have various version and u can update it by rs323 cable or by usb to com cable or by staliatte update in some kinds of reciver .The firmwre can be downlouaded from internet and installed in your reciver simply and the way is deffrent from reciver to another reciver type. what kind of reciver do you have? and AU mean Autoupdate or autoroll thats mean the keys thats open scrambled channels is autoupdated or autorolled.
