You will not decide
You will not vote
You will not order
You will not sign a law
You will just give your point of view related to the aforementioned decision, vote, decree, or law
as simple as that

here is what i don't understand about your views, how can you be an advocate of direct democracy and a supporter of kais said and his ideas at the same time?
are you aware that he just want to put more layers between you and power? are you aware that he just want to go in the opposite direction of what you're preaching?
as for the idea of direct democracy, yeah I agree, it's the purest form of democracy there is.
You may be able to apply it at the municipal level or even federal if we are being optimistic. e.g Switzerland.
but we, as a society, are still far from even the dream of applying it at a national level.
still you talk about how an app from the app store can render parliaments and representative democracy obsolete, and as a software engineer specializing in cyber security and with a pretty good knowledge of current technologies, I can't tell you it's nothing more than a dream, at least in our time frame.
there is a good reason you won't find anything similar to what you're proposing in use in any nation, no matter how technologically advanced.
the closest use of technology there is to what you're proposing, is the US electronic election system, and even still after years of development it is still flawed and prone to criticism and questioning.
you as example talk about the use of text messages as a way of direct governance, which makes me certain that you have no grasp of how easy it is to hijack our modern technologies. I can with a few hundreds dollars and an afternoon develop a device that allow me to easily spoof all SMS in a given area, alter them then resend them, and nobody will even notice.
In order for such idea to work, a country must only use local developed technology from end to end, to avoid external powers meddling in your politics, so your system can't run on Chinese hardware, with an American operating system, and French developed apps. all must be developed from ground up in house. and the cost of such idea could easily reach the billions of dollars, which we would never be able to afford, and I don't see any superpower willing to.
PS: using multiple language in one reply does not make you more of an intellectual, if anything it makes the text more obnoxious to read and a challenge to grasp.
